TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The device does not turn on:

Check the operation of the smartwatch with a different SIM card.
l
Check if the SIM card meets all the requirements described at the
beginning of the manual, in the section REQUIREMENTS FOR A SIM
CARD

2. Lack of GSM coverage (crossed out circle on the GSM signal icon):

Check if the SIM card meets all the requirements described at the

APN Configuration:

Connect the device for one hour under the mains charger.
Check that the charging cable and charger are in place efficient.
