TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOM

Compressor fails to start

No electrical power.

Check main disconnect,
fuses and supply line.

Motor starter overload
relay tripped .

Reset and investigate
cause of overload.

Pressure in reservoir.

Inspect unload valve.

Wrong lead connections

Change leads.

Emergency stop
depressed.

Release button.
6.
Unacknowledged fault

Clear fault at controller
Compressor starts but
stops after a short time
