− Always carry the blower vac by the handle

− Protect the blower vac from shocks and intense vibrations.

 

− Secure the blower vac when transporting it in a vehicle.

 

− If possible, use the original packaging for transport. 

Troubleshooting

Problem

Possible cause

The motor doesn’t 

start.

The On/Off switch

Set the On/Off switch to the On 

position (

).

There is no power.

Use another device to check 

whether the socket being used 

has power.
Connect the mains plug with 

a socket as described in the 

chapter “Connecting the mains 

cord”.

The house fuse or fault 

current protection switch has 

triggered.

Check the mains cord for 

damage.

The motor overload 

protection has triggered 

because the motor is 

overloaded or overheated.

Let the blower vaccool off for 

15–20 minutes.

The mains cord or mains 

plug is defective. 

Have the blower vac checked 

by a qualified workshop.

The blower vac 

is not working 

powerfully 

enough.

The tube or shredder is 

blocked with leftover leaves 

or debris.

Check the tube and the 

shredder. If necessary, remove 

the debris as described in the 

chapter “Removing blockages”.

The collector bag

 is full.

Empty the collector bag.

The vents are blocked.

Clean the vents.
