Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not
attempt to assemble the product.

SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Place top (B) upside down on a soft surface,
such as carpet. Attach legs (C) to top (B)
using bolts (AA) and washers (BB).
Note: Hand tighten only.
2. Attach center brace (D) to legs (C)
using bolts (AA) and washers (BB).
Note: Hand tighten only.
Check alignment of all hardware, and make
any necessary corrections. Then, fasten all
bolts tightly with hex wrench (DD) and cover with
bolt covers (CC).
