3.2 First steps – TAG lock
1. When you activate the lock in "TAG" mode the touch field is deactivated
and is no longer required.
2. The touch field can be permanently closed off with the cover supplied.
3. To do this, firmly press the cover on to the touch field until it clicks into
place. Use the auxiliary tool supplied (see photo).
In " TAG " mode the touch field cover is positively
locked on to the touch field, using the auxiliary
tool.

CAUTION:
The touch field cover is then positively locked in place and can no longer
be removed!
4. When starting the G-ELS, please make sure that the battery in the battery
compartment is properly connected (see section: Changing the battery).
5. The G-ELS is "awoken" in the respective operating mode (TAG) when
you hold the
TAG admin card
close in front of the G-ELS for a brief time
(2-3 sec.).
6. Your G-ELS is now ready for operation and signals this with an appropriate
welcome screen!
