6. PROBLEM SOLVING
In case there are problems or damages which can create dangerous situations DO NOT use the control unit.
Switch off the general main power supply and contact immediately the product supplier. The analysis and
reparation operations must be performed only by qualified technicians. Read carefully the user’s manual before
performing any operation in the system and switch off always the main general power supply before repairing or
replacing any mechanical or electrical component.

Door doesn’t
move.
No power supply. The ON led is off.
Switch off the main power supply.
Check the power connections and verify the status
of fuse 1.
No bridges in a system without safety devices (stop
button, safety beam, safety edge).
Connect the available bridges where the connection
of the safety devices is not expected.
Motor wrongly or not connected. In this case, when
an opening or closing signal is given, the relays
activates themselves but the motor doesn’t start.
Switch off the main power supply. Check the motor
connections (see page 20).
The safety devices are not working.
Verify the correct status of all leds (see page 30) and
of Fuse 2
Dip 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 remain in ON position.
Place the Dip 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in OFF position.
The door
moves only in
the opening
direction.
The safety beam F1 is damaged or busy, led F1 is off. Verify the status of the safety beam (see page 21).
Remove any obstacle which may interrupt
the safety beam’s ray. If the safety beams work
properly then the PH led must be switched ON.
The door
doesn’t
open or close
completely.
This problem occurs always: a too small working
time has been programmed.
Re-program the working time by following the
procedure described at page 26.
This problem occurs only mornings or at the
first operations: there are weather conditions
which increase the working time of the door
(strong wind, very cold weather..).
Re-program a working time a bit longer than the
current one (2-3 seconds more then the door path).
See procedure at page 27.
The limit switches are not set properly.
Set the limit switches position as per your wishes.
There are mechanical parts which obstacle to the
door movement.
Verify the good status of all the mechanical parts.
The radio
range is
poor.
The external antenna is not installed or placed at an
height lower than 2 meters.
Install the external antenna at a 2 mt. height circa
and verify the connections. (see page 20).
Radio codes have been memorized at a distance
lower than 50 cm.
Re-program the radio codes following the
procedures at page 10 and keeping a distance of 50
cm between TX and control unit.
