Trouble Shooting 

 

If you have trouble setting up or operating the camera, refer to the following. 
 

Problem 

Solution 

NO OPERATION 

  Check if the power supply is AC 24V. 

  Check if RS-485 communication cable is connected correctly. 

  Check camera ID setting. 

  Check the termination. 

NO PICTURE 

  Check if all the cables are connected correctly. 

  Check the monitor is adjusted correctly. 

  Check if video signal line is cut. 

DARK SCREEN 

  Adjust the monitor status. 

ABNOMAL CAMERA 

OPERATION STATUS 

  Check if the voltage level is out of the specification. 

  Check the termination. 

SCREEN NOT CLEAR 

  Check if there is dust on a lens. 

  Adjust the monitor status. 

  If excessive light is seen on a screen, change the camera angle or location. 

  Adjust the lens focus again.
