SWITCHING ON AND USE
Connect the power cord
[I]
to the mains socket in accordance with the safety war-
nings described previously.
Operate the ON-OFF
[B]
button to switch the appliance on.
Set the desired temperature by using the adjustment buttons
[D]
. The display stops
flashing when the appliance reaches the set temperature.
This professional appliance becomes very hot. We recommend that
utmost attention be paid to the condition of the hair that is to be tre-
ated, especially in the case of bleached and deconstructed hair. We
recommend a maximum of 3 seconds of application and to always
test a hidden lock in advance.
USE AS AN HAIR CURLING IRON
1. Lock the lever
[H]
in vertical position.
2. Select the chosen rotation speed by pressing the Mode
[C]
button. The writing R
appears on the LCD display
[E]
and you can choose between the available rotating
speeds using the adjustment buttons
[D]
. Press again the Mode
[C]
button to bring
the LCD display to the standard function.
3. Open the clamp
[G]
and insert a lock of hair inside it.
4. Press the rotation button
[F]
rightwards R or leftwards L, according to the direction
that you want to give to the curl, which will wrap around the iron.
5. Release the lock of hair by opening the clamp
[G]
and proceed throughout the hair.
USE AS A HAIR STRAIGHTENER
1. Lock the lever
[H]
by turning it leftwards.
2. The iron opens by pressing the clamp
[G]
.
3. Insert a lock of hair between the plates and straighten it from the root to the ends.
4. As you proceed with the straightening, be careful not to move the straightener too close
to the face, ears, neck and skin, which will cause burns due to its high temperature.
5. Continue until the hairstyle is complete.
SWITCH-OFF
Press the ON-OFF
[B]
button to switch the appliance off.
Do not pull the power cord or appliance to disconnect the power cord
[I]
from the
mains socket.
Put the appliance in a safe place and wait as long as necessary for the straightener
to cool completely.
Take care not to wind the power cord around the appliance when storing it.
Standby mode
For greater safety, the appliance will automatically switch-off after 60 minutes of inac-
tivity, while remaining connected to the mains.
MAINTENANCE
In case of malfunction or damage to the appliance or a part of it,
the appliance must be analysed by the manufacturer or the relevant
technical assistance or in any case by a person with similar skills in
order to prevent any risk. The user must not disassemble the device
him/herself.
After each use
clean the appliance.
