WARTUNG
5.1 WARTUNG
Die Maschine wurde so konstruiert
und mit qualitativ hochwertigen
K o m p o n e n t e n - w i e
dauergeschmierten Wälzlagern für die
Bewegungsübertragung und den
Motor, sowie einem speziellen
Treibriemen - ausgestattet, daß hohe
Leistungen und eine besonders lange
Lebensdauer gewährleistet sind, und
sie wartungsfrei ist. Sie muß also
weder regelmäßig gewartet, eingestellt
noch geschmiert werden.
5.2 STÖRUNGSSUCHE
Drückt man die Starttaste B, Abb. 6-7,
für den Dauerbetrieb, oder die
Starttaste C, Abb. 6-7, für den
Intervallbetrieb, und beginnt die
Maschine trotzdem nicht zu arbeiten,
ist wie folgt vorzugehen:
- Sicherstellen, daß die Hauptanlage
unter Spannung steht und der Schalter
des Anzapfpunktes der Maschine auf
I/ON liegt.
- S i c h e r s t e l l e n , d a ß d e r
thermomagnetische Schutzschalter
und der Differentialschalter aktiv sind
u n d d i e e n t s p r e c h e n d e n
Vorrichtungen eingeschaltet sind.
- Die Auslöse-/Rückstelltasten beider
o. a. Vorrichtungen wiederholt
betätigen.
- Die Starttaste der Maschine
nochmals drücken.
Beginnt die Maschine nun nicht zu
arbeiten, ist der Wartungsfachmann zu
verständigen, der die o. a. Elemente
nochmals kontrollieren und den
Z u s t a n d d e r S i c h e r u n g d e s
Maschinenhilfskreises überprüfen
muß. Die Sicherung befindet sich auf
der in der Maschine eingebauten
Sc hnittstellenkar te. Tritt eine
Veräderung des Betriebsverhaltens
auf, ist die Maschine sofort
auszuschalten, die Stromzufuhr zu
u n t e r b r e c h e n , d e r S t e c k e r
abzuziehen, und der zuständige
Händler oder ein erfahrener,
spezialisierter Techniker oder direkt
der Hersteller zu verständigen. Es ist
strengstens untersagt, zu versuchen,
die Maschine alleine zu reparieren.
Der Herstller haftet nicht für
Personen- oder Sachschäden, die
auf vom Benutzer oder nicht vom
Hersteller ausdrücklich befugten
Personen durchgeführte Eingriffe
bzw. Reparaturen an der Maschine
und im besonderen an den
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen und -
systemen zurückzuführen sind
.
5.3 AUF BEW AHR UNG DE R

NICHTBENUTZUNG
Wird die Maschine für längere Zeit
danneggiare le superfici, oltre a
produrre antiestetiche rigature o
graffiature.
Si raccomanda di adottare particolare
cautela nel lavaggio del coperchio.
Essendo in materiale plastico, non va
mai lavato con acqua troppo calda, nè
con solventi o detergenti contenenti
alcol.
SEZIONE 5 - MANUTENZIONE
GENERALE
5.1 MANUTENZIONE
L'accurata costruzione della macchina
e l'adozione di componenti di ottima
qualità, quali i cuscinetti a rotolamento
lubrificati "for life" sia per la
trasmissione che per il motore,
permettono alla macchina prestazioni
eccellenti
con la garanzia di una durata
operativa senza pari. Pertanto nessun
intervento di manutenzione o
lubrificazione o regolazione periodica
dovrà essere effettuato sulla
macchina.
5.2 RICERCA DELLE AVARIE
Qualora premendo il pulsante di
avviamento (B Fig. 6), la macchina
non si avviasse, procedere nel modo
seguente:
-
Verificare che l'impianto generale sia
sotto tensione e che l'interruttore della
presa di correte della macchina, sia
posizionato su I/ON.
-
Verificare che li protettore
magnetotermico e l'interruttore
differenziale siano attivi con i rispettivi
comandi in posizione operativa.
-
Eseguire alcuni tentativi azionando i
rispettivi pulsanti di sgancio e riarmo
per entrambi i dispositivi citati.
-
Azionare nuovamente il pulsante di
marcia della macchina.
Qualora non si avviasse, si dovrà
richiedere l'intervento del tecnico
addetto alla manutenzione, per
verificare nuovamente gli elementi
citati ed inoltre verificare la condizione
del fusibile di protezione del circuito
ausiliario della macchina.
Il porta
fusibile è alloggiato sulla scheda di
interfaccia installata all'interno della
macchina.
Qualora si dovesse
presentare qualsiasi anomalia di
funzionamento, si dovrà procedere
a l l ' a r r e s t o d e l l a m a c c h i n a ,
all'isolamento della macchina dalla
rete elettrica ed all' estrazione della
spina dalla presa. Rivolgersi al proprio
rivenditore autorizzato od a un tecnico
specializzato ed esperto oppure
direttamente al costruttore. E' fatto
assoluto divieto all'utilizzatore di
manomettere la macchina.
La Ditta Costruttrice declina ogni
responsabilità presente e futura in
ordine a danni alla persona ed
all'ambiente che dovessero derivare
dalla manomissione della macchina

procedure, lubrication or periodic
adjustment must be carried out on the
machine.
5.2 TROUBLE-SHOOTING
I
f you press the start button (A fig.6)
and the machine does not run,
proceed as follows:
- Make sure voltage is supplied to the
mains circuit and see whether the
socket switch is turned to the ON (I)
position.
- Make sure the thermo-magnetic
protector and the circuit interrupter
have not been triggered and that the
controls are in the correct position.
- Perform a simple test on both these
devices by pressing the respective
push-buttons.
- Press the start button again on the
machine.
If the machine still does not run, a
maintenance technician must be
consulted. The technician will have to
test the above devices again and
check the condition fuse used to
protect the auxiliary circuit of the
machine.
The fuse is on the
interface card installed inside the
machine.
If you see the machine is
not working properly, switch it off
immediately and isolate it from the
mains circuit by pulling out the plug
from the mains socket. Consult the
authorized dealer, a specialized
technician or contact the manufacturer
directly. The user must not tamper
with the machine.
The Manufacturer declines all
responsibility, both present and
future, with regard to damage to
persons or the environment which
may derive from tampering with the
machine and in particular with the
safety systems and devices by the
user or by persons not expressly
authorized by The Manufacturer
5.3 STORING THE MACHINE -
WHAT TO DO IF THE MACHINE IS
NOT USED FOR LONG
PERIODS
If the machine has to be left unused
for long periods of time, it must be
cleaned thoroughly.
Protect it from dust with a clean dry
cloth. Do not cover the machine with
plastic bags or sheets of synthetic
material as mould and condensation
may develop under them.
