Connect the “Red” wire on the radio end of the TX cable to the positive terminal of the Radios
12 volt power supply and to the positive terminal of the 12 volt backup battery. During a failure
of power to the power supply, the radio will utilize the backup battery to power the radio.
This completes the set-up and installation of the transmitter interface card.
