10 - INSTALLATION
10.1 Location notes
The machine has to be installed in a dry and protected place, at
the following ambient temperature : 10° C - 40° C;
maximum humidity: 90%.
Lift the pallet in a way that the fixing screws

10.3 Electric connection
NOTE
- In case of plants with a 400 V two-phase current, use
the two phases to supply the machine with 230 V single
phase current (F. 7). As for the 230 V single-phase
connection, require the special installation kit (code
%1034.R09).

WARNING /IMPORTANT
For a correct and ergonomic use of the machine, it is
recommended to install it onto a surface which is at
least 1 m high.
10.2 Positioning and water connection
NOTE - Check if the surface where the machine is installed has
the adequate dimension and solidity to support the
machine safely.
Drill a hole in the support (A - F. 5).
Place the machine on the support and insert the electric power
cord (B - F. 5) in the hole (A).
Connect a drain tube to the coupling (C - F. 6) and fix it with a
rack clamp.
Connect (using tube and coupling made of food materials only)
the machine to the drinking water network, through the cou-
pling (D - F. 6).
We suggest supplying the machine with water treated
with a descaling device, above all in case of a high
calcium and magnesium content (hard water).
Place definitely the machine on the support (the circles E - F. 5,
indicate the suitable position of the adjustable feet).
Level off the machine using the adjustable feet (F - F. 6).
