System Information menu items include: 

Version, HDD Info, BPS, LOG, Online Users.

 

3.5.7.1 Version 

Display the basic information such as hardware information, software version, MAC,issue data and SerialNo 

and so on. 

Note 1: The SerialNo is needed when using cloud technology, please enter the SerialNo correctly when using 

cloud technology to do remote control, or you can’t login. 

Note 2: MAC is the MAC address of the device, also is  the device mark when login by device with ARSP 

service; please enter the MAC address correctly when using ARSP service to do remote control, or you can’t login.
