LED status
The LED flashes three times = the charger is powered on and heating
the mug.
The LED is turned off = standby mode or not powered on.
The LED is flashing slowly = heating or charging.
The LED is flashing fast = Something is wrong. Bad placement or
foreign object detected.
Care and cleaning
1. Wipe the charger and cable with a dry cloth. Keep away from
water and other liquids.
2. Clean the mug manually, the mug is not dishwasher safe.
3. The mug can be dried and disinfected in up to 150°C, but it can -
not be placed in the microwave oven or in the oven.
Troubleshooting
Problem
No power.
Possible solutions
The power outlet is not working. Try another power outlet.
The charger, the power adapter (not included) or the cable is not
connected or broken. Reconnect them or replace the broken ones.
Something is wrong with the charging circuit, contact the retailer.
Problem
LED is flashing fast.
Possible solutions
Bad placement. Try other placing in the center of the charger.
The mug has been heated for over 8 hours. Remove the mug.
