but remember to keep watch for

the depth indication alone.
Grounding can occur.
The front panel of the display unit is made of
glass. Handle it with care.
Injury can result if the glass breaks.
Turn off the power immediately at the switch
board if water leaks into the equipment or smoke
or fire is coming from the equipment.
Failure to turn off the equipment can cause fire or
electrical shock.
Do not open the equipment.
Only qualified persons can work inside the equipment.
The fish finder picture is not refreshed when the
picture advance setting is “OFF”.
Do not steer the boat according to the depth indication
in this state, to prevent grounding and damage to boat
or crew.

The following safety label is attached to the display unit. Do
not remove the label. If the label is missing or damaged,
contact a FURUNO agent or dealer about replacement.
Safety Labels
The TFT LCD is constructed using the latest LCD
techniques, and displays 99.99% of its pixels.
The remaining 0.01% of the pixels may drop out or
blink, however this is not an indication of malfunction.
About the TFT LCD
Do not connect/disconnect the cables connect to
the unit while the power is turned on.
The unit may be damaged.
Do not transmit with the transducer out of water.
The unit and transducer may be damaged.
Do not use high-pressure cleaners to clean this
equipment.
This equipment has the waterproof rating outlined in
the specifications, at the back of the installation
manual. However, the use of high-pressure cleaning
equipment can cause water ingress, resulting in
damage to, or failure of, the equipment.
The operator must read the applicable safety instructions before attempting to operate the equipment.
