Q: Can modify the default account and password of netTV Box?
A: Default password “admin” can be changed, default account “admin” is administrator, can’t be changed.
Q: I have changed the password of administrator, what should I do if I forget the password?
A: You can press the [RESET] at back of the netTV Box to restore to factory default, the password of administrator
will be restored to default password “admin”.
Q: How many common users can administrator add? Is there limitation of property for common user?
A: Administrator can add 5 common users, but only one user can login the netTV Box at one time. Common user
only have the watching permission, he can’t make any setting for netTV Box.
