A: This is the cause that the system format of DVD output isn’t compatible with the system format of the netTV Box

picture that you are watching, then you can switch the video source to let the netTV Box check the system format
of connecting video source automatically. We recommend connect the video source properly first, then login the
netTV Box to watch the program.
