Installation instructions:

Start up your PC.

·

Insert the CD ROM supplied with the system in the CD ROM drive of your pcs.

·

Wait a moment until the program starts automatically. If the autostart option is not activated in your PC you can
start the file »setup. exe« directly from the main directory of the CD using Windows Explorer (double click on the
file), or using the option »Run« in the Windows start menu.

When the file is started the welcome screen of the CD is displayed.

Configuration with a PC

You can program your pabx over the LAN, USB or via the internal ISDN connection.

·

Use the USB connecting cord supplied with the system to connect the USB ports of the PABX and the pc.
Configuration of the PABX through the USB port requires a Windows operating systems that supports USB.
(as of 08/2002: Windows 98 / ME / XP/ 2000).

Use a Cat. 5 Ethernet cable to connect one of the Ethernet ports of your pabx with the PC.

Connect your PC with the installed ISDN PC card to the internal ISDN bus using an ISDN connecting cord.
If you have an ISDN card with CAPI 2. 0 installed in your PC you can also conduct PC configuration via the internal
ISDN connection of the PABX. This type of configuration is possible starting with the Windows 95 / Windows NT4
operating systems.

Professional Configurator

Using this program you can configure the features for your PABX as you require. The configuration of the PABX system also allows you to
first read out the configuration of the system that you performed using the »Web Configurator«. You can then complete these settings step
by step and import them into the PABX. You should also store your configuration on your PC.
