PRELIMINARY RECOM-
MENDATIONS OF THE
MANUFACTURER
Keep these operating instructions with the ap-
pliance. If the appliance is sold or transferred to
others, make sure it is accompanied by these in-
structions. Thank you for taking note of these tips
before installing and using the appliance. They
have been written for your and others’ personal
safety.
Upon delivery of the appliance, check the packa-
ging and check its general appearance. Make any
comments by writing them on the delivery note
of which you will keep a copy. Your appliance is
intended for normal domestic use. It must not be
used for commercial or industrial use or for other
purposes than those for which it was designed.
For consequences or damages deriving from
incorrect installation or incorrect use of the ap-
pliance, the supplier will not be liable for any gua-
rantee.
In the constant aim of improving our products, we
reserve the right to make all the changes resul-
ting from their evolution to their technical, functio-
nal or aesthetic characteristics.
The appliance is already set up for both the filte-
ring version and the suction version.
Before proceeding with the installation of the ap-
pliance, check that all the components are not
damaged, otherwise contact the dealer and do
not continue with the installation.
For use in the ducting version, Use an air exhaust
pipe that has a maximum length not exceeding
5 meters.
Limit the number of curves in the raceway as
each curve reduces the suction efficiency equa-
ted to 1 linear meter. (Eg: if n ° 2 bends are used
at 90 °, the length of the channeling should not
exceed 3 meters in length).
Avoid drastic changes in direction.
For the duct out of the fan, use a duct with a con-
stant section of 230x80 or 220x90 in case of filte-
ring version and for short sections it is possible to
use the 220x55 duct.
Use a duct of material approved by law. For fai-
lure to comply with the previous instructions, the
supplier will not be liable for problems with flow
rate or noise and no guarantee will be given.
