Installing a hard disk drive
1 Take the new hard disk drive out of its packaging.
2 Make the required jumper settings (e.g. master/slave, cable select) on the drives.
Please refer to the hard disk guide provided with the hard disk.
3 Slide the hard disk into the case in the direction of the arrow (2).
4 Secure the hard disk to the casing by fastening two screws from the bottom of the case in
the direction of the arrow (1).
5 Connect the power and data cables to the hard disk drive.
6 Close the casing (see “Closing the casing”).
It may be necessary to modify the entry for the drive in the BIOS Setup.
