TeleSafe Mobile Tower (S008)
Assembly instructions should
be followed carefully

1. Assembling of the Mobile Tower
· Make sure that the product delivered to you with a proper strech film wrapped package without a missing part.
·

First, carry out the assembly of the aluminum construction base part.
·
(Figure-2)
When inserting the aluminum ladders into the base be sure that the narrow extensional Ladders to be placed in
the interior and facing each other on the base.

Fix four long braces (250 cm.) with Q-Lock system in the rung holes *. (* For interlocking 2nd step to 8th step
and 9nd step to 15th step )

Place the first intemediate platform on the 3rd step.

(Figure-5)
Fix Two short (205 cm.) diagonal braces with Q-Lock system in to the step holes of narrow extensional ladders
inside *Lock it in place. (* 8. step step to 12. step)

Place the second platform on the red step.
·
(Figure-7)
Fix eight pieces of short (171 cm.) Horizontal braces with Q-Lock system in to the step holes of narrow exten-
sional ladders inside *Lock it in place. (* 6-6st,7-7th,13-13th,15-15th step by mutual connection)

Fix the four pieces of stabiliser supports from base to ladders by using hand screws. Tower is ready to use.
2. User Instructions
· Before going out on the scaffold, open the balance arms on the base. (If you have a wall, glass, column etc. andIf these are
points are blocking the opening of the arms, you can use it without opening that side.
· Lock the brakes on the wheels that brake on before moving on to the scaffold.
· While the weight of the scaffold is on the wheels, at the same time set arms touch the ground. At the same time with Wheels.
Do not take the wheels off the ground by forcing the stabliser arms.
· User should climb the Ladder through interior side by usind the trapdoos on the platform.
DO NOT CLIMB FROM
OUTSIDE.
· Open the lid on the platform and go up on to the platform.
· Make sure that guardrail connections are fixed on the scaffolding.
· The load capacity of Tower is 250 kg.
3. Safety Instructions
· The ground on which the TOWER is to be assembled should be flat, rigid and in balance. If not, suitable ground should be
provided by feeding with wooden wedges.
· Ensure that the wheels are in contact with the floor of the locked, bolted balance arms.
· The Climbing should be exited from the inside of the Tower, the hands should be free when climbing, The user should not
carry instruments by hands while climbing.
· Authorised personnel must have workwear, helmet, gloves, work boots and slipery materials at the bottom of work boots
such as Mud, oil, paint, pitch etc. should be no cleaned.
· Personnel to be employed must be selected from persons who are suitable for working at height. Fear of height, hypertensi-
on, People with over weight problems should not go to pier.
· It should never hang out from scaffolds out of the railings.
· The position should not be changed while the staff is working on the scaffolding, the vehicles, work machines, forklifts etc.
Machine crash Warning signs should be affixed.
· If you are going to use the outdoor, do not use it in windy weather.
· Do not work in high voltage lines, rain, lightning, or if it is necessary, insulateMeasures are taken.
· Do not install Tower with wrong and missing parts.
4. Disassembling and storing Instructions
· When disassembling the Tower , start to do it from the top part.
· Keep the disassembled parts together.
· Keep scaffolding parts indoor.
· For missing components contact to the manufacturer or sales point. Do not combine the Tower with any other components
not reccomended by manufacturer.
