When rice is steamed with
“alkaline ionized water” and
kept warm, it becomes
yellow.
Sugar and amino acids in rice react due to heat.
(It is not harmful)
⇒ Decrease pH value to use.
Black matter adheres
inside of the drainage hose. Occurs due to adhesion of fungus in the air.
⇒ It is harmless, however, clean with a neutral detergent or replace with
a new drain hose.
Chlorine odor occurs from
“sanitized water.” It is the odor of “sanitized water” generated for cleaning. It is not a failure.

Chlorine odor may cause poor physical condition such as feeling ill,
therefore, ventilate sufficiently.

If the product does not return to normal even after the above measures are taken, failure may occur, therefore, do not
repair on your own and contact the store where you purchased this product.
When not using for a long time, dry after cleaning and keep in a place with as little moisture as possible.

Water comes out from
the bottom of the product
body. There is a hole at the bottom of the main body to drain spilled water
if water enters the product or the filter is replaced.

“Click” sound is made from
the main body. This is an operating sound of parts after automatic cleaning in order to
keep performance of this product. This does not indicate an abnormality.
