Overview
The Electronic Personal Dosimeter NRF54 (hereinafter referred to as NRF54) is designed to provide
measurement of personal dose equivalent of external exposure to gamma-ray (Hp(10)) and gamma+beta-
ray (Hp(0.07)) separately (hereinafter referred to as dose). NRF54 indicates accumulated dose or dose
rate. When measured dose (rate) value exceeds preset dose (rate) alarm threshold, NRF54 will activate
audible alarm and flashes LED.
By using the Dosimeter Configuration Tool and a PC, it is able to write PC-edited setting values to
NRF54 and read measurement trend data from the NRF54 via communication with the device.
If it’s worn tightly to the body, energy characteristic of the NRF54 enables direct reading of personal
dose equivalent Hp(10) and Hp(0.07).
