Pattern [3]: IOM error
This is a case where an error occurs to one IOM in its duplicated configuration. Operation is switched to other IOM used in a
pair.
The IOM is a common device for both systems, so no switching is performed for the communication system.
The same operation is performed in both 1T and 2T duplication.
In the following diagram, the IOMs in the thick frame are the duplicated IOMs.
