Target programs: Time, Distance, Calories, Strokes
The target programs for time, distance, calories and strokes allow a customized
training.
Launch:
Press the desired TARGET program key (TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES or STROKES).
Setup:
When operating a target program, you need to enter a target value for the selected
function. Adjust the value
by pressing ▲ or ▼ keys, then press ENTER key to confirm the
setting. If no value has been entered, the console will use the last setting as the Target value
on each mode (fig.9-fig.12).
Start
: Upon start of your exercise, the corresponding target value appears on the display (e.g. time
countdown to zero).
End:
The program will end when the target has been achieved. A workout summary will be shown
after the program has ended or the RESET key has been pressed.

Target Heart Rate Program
The Target Heart Rate program allows to set a target heart rate (beats per minute / BPM) for
a more effective cardiovascular training.
Launch:
Press the TARGET HEART RATE program key.
Setup:
The default value
‘100” flashes. Adjust the value by pressing ▲ or ▼ keys, then press ENTER
key to confirm. (fig.13)
Start:
The display will begin to show the heart rate. When the user’s heart rate is 10% lower than the
set target HR,
“ “ will flash indicating minimum goal has not yet been achieved (fig.14).
When the user
’s heart rate is 10% over than the set target HR, “ “ will flash indicating heart rate is
over maximum goal (fig.15).
End:
At the end of the progam or if RESET key has been pressed, a workout summary will
be shown. If no heart rate signal can be detected,
“---“ will light up.
