15. Channel : select the channel to modulate the signal.
It must be different than other channels of the installation.
16. Scroll through the menu options with the “ Up

” keys to move the cursor to the Advanced config
option. Press “ ENTER ” to enter into the Advanced config
menu.
In the same way as all the menus, you can scroll, select
and modify the parameters. We recommend configuring at
least the following parameters:
17. RF frequency : this option allows you to manually
change the modulated channel output frequency.
18. Bandwidth : select here the modulated signal
bandwidth. The bandwidth is typically 8MHz in case of UHF
channels and 7 MHz in case of VHF channels.

Constellation
: select the output modulation
constellation. It is typically 64 QAM.

FEC
: indicates the relationship between the
redundant bits and the transmitted information bits. It is
typically set as 2/3 (we will find 2 information bits and 1
redundant bit).
21. FFT : selection of the number of carriers used in the
modulation. It is typically 8K.
22.
Guard interval
: allows selecting the guard interval of
the modulation. It is typically set as 1/4.
