5| OUTDOOR INSTALLATION
To loosen the device from the tree or the pole, take out the side arm
incl. the bars from the adapter. Afterwards pull the lever of the tension
belt contrary to the outdoor adapter to unfasten the tension belt.
To change from pullups to dips, pull and twist the blocking pin, take
out the side arm and turn it around 180° to insert it afterwards again
into the outdoor adapter. Pay attention for both positions that all three
admission screws are always properly into place.
5| OUTDOOR INSTALLATION
Now you can insert the side arm in-
door the outdoor adapter, twist the
blocking pin hence it snaps into the
outdoor adapter for safety reasons
and insert both bars into the side
arm.
Afterwards insert both bolts through
the drillings so they can be seen from
the backside.
