controller will remain in the Boil-Out mode
until either ON/OFF
button is pressed, at
which time the controller will return to the
previous setpoint.
Pressing a Basket
button initiates a
cooking cycle. The corresponding basket is
automatically lowered into the frypot and the
cook time in the corresponding Digital Dis-
play begins to count down. When the count
reaches zero, the basket is raised from the fry-
pot and a buzzer sounds to alert the operator
that cooking is completed. Pressing the corre-
sponding Basket button silences the buzzer.
The controller also displays the following
trouble messages in the Digital Displays:
•
HELP
is displayed continuously if there
is a heating problem.
•
HOT
is displayed if the frypot tempera-
ture rises above 385
°
F (196
°
C).
•
PROB
indicates an open temperature
probe circuit.
The controller stores the current time and
temperature settings when the unit is turned
off with either of the ON/OFF
buttons.
However, in case of a power failure, recheck
the time and temperature settings when power
is restored.
