These cooking times are a guide only. They will vary depending on quantities,
personal preferences, electricity supply, the cut, size of the meats and vegetables.
Chicken
• Chicken, whole and pieces with bone in, we recommend that the chicken be thawed.
When cooking by rotisserie the wings and thighs should be tied to the body.
• For every 200g in the whole chicken weight increase the timer by 5
minutes. Simply push the timer button until desired time is showing on the
screen.
• Extra time needs to be allowed for if the chicken is stuffed.
• Use lower rack position for large chickens. Allow to rest in machine with lid closed for
5-10 minutes.
• Place baking tray under low rack to catch fats and oils.
