Fit the computer batteries, replace the battery cover and your Rower is ready to use.
Folding
Pull out the Pin #22 and unscrew the Thumbscrew #13. Lift the rear of the Folding Main Beam, re-insert the
Pin into the hole and tighten the Thumbscrew and Washer into the underside of the Folding Main Beam.
Repeat for the rear of the Rower. Pull out the Pin #31, turn the Rear Base Assembly, then re-insert the pin
into the hole.
Your Rower has been designed to take up the smallest space possible when folded and still offer a full
Rowing exercise.
Rowing Computer Instructions
Function
MODE
Press MODE to select what you want displayed. This can be Scan, which will display the
different readings one after the other. Each reading will show for 4 seconds, then move onto
the next. Or you can select to display just the reading you choose.
SET
To set the value of time, count and calories when not in scan mode. This is really useful for
setting the total workout time. Press SET when time mode is displayed, and the time will
increase to the amount you want. When you start exercising, the time will start counting down
and will beep when the time reaches zero. A great function to keep you exercising for the right
amount of time.
RESET
Push to reset time, count and calories.
Operation
SCAN
Press MODE until SCAN appears. The computer will display five functions one after the other:
TIME, CPM, COUNT, CAL and SUM. Each display will be hold for 4 seconds.
TIME
(1) Count the rowing time from exercise start to end.
(2) Press MODE button until TIME appears, press SET to set total rowing time.
When the value reaches zero, the computer will beep for 15 seconds.
CPM
Display current rowing strokes per minute or the counts per minute. This is a good measure of
how fast you are rowing. It is best used to make sure you keep a steady rowing pace.
