5.6.1 Adjustment of the chain for walking drive
Adjust the chain tension (relaxation) of the left and right walking gear when the
position shown in the figure below exceeds the standard. Loosen the mounting bolts of
the running gear, and tighten them again after adjustment. (Torque of walking device is
64 ± 3Nm) The track may rub against the chain cover without affecting the
functionality of the product.
5.6.2 Adjustment of track tension

●
Check the tension adjustment of the track while the track is in suspension.
● In the suspended state, if the clearance between the track and the lower roller is
outside the standard range, adjust it.
1) Align the anastomotic symbol
Δ
on the track with the lower roller in the center of
the body.
2) Loosen the lock nut of the idler adjustment bolt.
3) Adjust the adjusting bolt so that the gap between the track and the lower roller is
within 15
±
3mm.
4) If the adjustment bolt continues to be fixed, tighten the lock nut.
5) After the end of one side,
please adjust the tension of the
opposite side of the track.
Knowledge
● Please keep the same left and
right track tension.
● Please walk after adjusting and
confirm the status of the track
tension again. Walking the track in a
relaxed state can cause the crawler
to fall off.
