❒ Remove entire ash removal flange
❒ Dismantle safety limit switch and remove downwards

❒ Remove the cover of the control cabinet
❒ Position the safety limit switch on the opposite side of the filter system

➥ Pull the cable of the safety limit switch out of the control cabinet until the cable

length is sufficient

❒ Lay the cable in cable duct (A)

Removing the drive and fittings

❒ Loosen the plug on the geared motor
❒ Loosen shaft retainer and remove geared motor
❒ Remove key from shaft groove
❒ Remove cover plate and small cover plate above
❒ Position the geared motor extension cable on the opposite side of the filter

system, laying the cable in the cable duct
