At the end of the cycle (h eventual pause) the buzzer will give a sound signal and
the temperature will be now appear fixed on the display.
In case of preservation temperatures between 65°C and 85°C , once the desired
temperature has been set, the display will show the necessary preservation time (which is
automatically calculated by the machine) for a correct pasteurization.
The Mix 8 is an ideal equipment for melting and heating all powders, solid and thick
ingredients, which are necessary to produce a good ice cream; it is obvious that, in order
to prepare a perfect mix which is meant for freezing /whipping in a batch freezer, the
liquid must be poured into the tank before the solid ingredients.
6. MAINTENANCE
6.1 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE (THE END USER)
Never touch the machine with hands and/or tools during the production and the cleaning/
maintenance operations if the machine is not first disconnected from its power supply .
Should any problem arise during the function of the machine, please ensure that this is
not deriving from a lack of ordinary maintenance. If not, please call an authorized after
sales service. In case of parts replacement, ask the authorized dealer or reseller for
ORIGINAL spare parts only. We recommend to let the unit be checked out every 6 / 8
months from an appointed Service Point.
The fats which are present in the ice cream mixes are the ideal field for the proliferation of
bacteria and moulds. To avoid this problem you need to accurately clean all the parts
being contact with the product such as the cylinder, the beater and the door.
