LIGHTENING DISPLAY
F) It displays the temperature inside the tank during the standard
operation
G) It displays the temperature to set during the programming
procedure
H) It displays the pause timings
I) It records possible problems with the temperature check or with
the resistors
J) It records possible problems with the temperature probes
ALARM LED
It records possible problems with the temperature probes.
It records possible problems with the temperature control or with
the operation of the safety resistor thermo-switch.
STOP KEY
Acting on this key when the unit is operated, the led lightens
and the machine stops
AGITATION/UP KEY
Push the AGITATION key when the machine is in its STOP
position to start the beating function: the led will lighten
accordingly.
When the machine is working on SEMIAUTOMATIC, HEATING
85°, HEATING 65°, push the AGITATION key to stop the
current function; the machine switches onto the simple beating
function and the led lightens.
When the machine is working on SEMIAUTOMATIC function,
the AGITATION led blinks : this key can now be used to
increase the desired values (UP).
