By turning the knob clockwise you can select the requested frying temperature. 

Note: The FMC is running automatically in the background, even by choosing a 
higher temperature. The full heating  phase starts only after having reached the 
60°C. 

The amber LED 

„Heating phase‟ is flashing during the FMC mode. The 

LED becomes stable as soon as the end temperature is reached. 

Shutting off the fryer: 
 Turn the temperature selector into the 

„0‟ position. 

 Press the 

„OFF‟ button in order to switch off the fryer. 

The green LED extinguishes and the control panel is de-activated. 

Note: During any handling of the control box, the control panel must be set off and the appliance disconnected at the 
mains.
