7. The tension of the Walking Belt (46) now needs to be ad-

justed. Center the Walking Belt if necessary (see page 38).

Then, step onto the foot rails, insert the key into the con-

sole, and press the Start button. Hold the handrails and

gently press one foot against the moving Walking Belt. If the

Walking Belt stops moving,

remove the key from the con-

sole, unplug the power cord,

and turn the two 5/16" x 2

1/2" Bolts (7) clockwise one time. Continue to test the ten-

sion of the Walking Belt until the Walking Belt no longer

slips. Make sure to keep the Walking Belt centered.

If the

Idler Roller (63) stops moving, do not further tighten the

Bolts; please see the back cover of this manual.
