CAUTION !

Never store a external drive in a locked and unventilated vehicle, (where excessive
internal temperatures may be encountered). Never place a external drive on top of
(or adjacent to) a heating device, and never expose it to direct sunlight, to prevent
external drive malfunction or damage to the battery pack or other components.
2.
Never attempt to use the external drive on a precarious or unstable surface, as the
unit may fall causing physical injury or damage to the unit.
3.
Never attempt to use the external drive in a location that is subject to excessive
vibration, as the unit may cause physical injury, or result in internal damage to the
unit or the loss of stored data.
4.
Never use a cracked, deformed or repaired CD or DVD. Flying fragments from a
damaged CD or DVD may cause injury.
5.
Alert children to always keep their fingers away when closing the tray of the
external drive, to avoid getting their fingers pinched.
CAUTION !
1.
Never press any keys or the eject hole of the external drive with the point of a
pencil. A piece of the lead may break off and enter the unit, causing a external drive
malfunction or equipment damage.
2.
Always use a surge protector when utilizing the AC adaptor near an electrical noise
source such as high voltage line or power source. Otherwise, a power surge could
result in loss of stored data.
3.
Always turn off the power when connecting or disconnecting accessories.
4.
Always turn off the power, remove all cables connected to the external drive and
remove the battery pack. 5. Never insert more than one CD or DVD at a time; never
use force to load or eject a CD or DVD; never eject a CD or DVD while an application
is running; and never insert anything other than a CD or DVD into the Drive.
Damage to the Drive, damage to the disks and loss of stored data could result.
