Understanding Your Device

Screen in Lid

: The screen of the LDS-1990 is contained in the lid, so you can tilt the

screen for optimum viewing.

Microphone

: The microphone is located in the upper left corner, just above the

keyboard on the front of your device. Speak into this when recording.

Speakers

: The two speakers are located on the front edge of the device.
