Setting the Date and Time
You should set the Clock the first time that you use the
Organiz-It. You can reset it at any time. The Organiz-
It’s built-in battery powers the Clock when the Organiz-
It is removed from the Digital Book System.
1. Select
Clock from the Topics menu.
Or hold

C
(Clock).
2. Press
SPEC
.
3. Press
ENTER
to select
Set Time Zone.
4. Select a time zone.
5. Select
Daylight Savings.
6. Select
Standard Time or Daylight Time.
7. Select
Set Date and Time.
8. Enter a year, month, day, and time.
To type
p for p.m., hold
and press
P
.
9. Press
ENTER
at the last line to save the entry.
Or hold
and press
ENTER
at any line. Or press
SPEC
and select
Save Changes.
