. Open the drain tap and let flow the frying oil from frying pot into the 

  oil receptacle 

 

 

. Start the pump by the pressing the button “Pump” on the control 

  panel 

 

 
 
 

. Rinse the vat and the heating element or evacuate oil into an external vat if the oil is used.
