Value
is the valid
numerical range. The value can be followed by a unit. For indication of lengths mm, cm and m are valid,
for angles deg and rad. The values have to be converted correspondingly.
Numerical outputs are always in standard units (see tables). With respect to MIN and MAX the maximum
and minimum values are used.
On inquiries with MIN and MAX (? followed by parameter), the valid minimum and maximum values
(e.g. POS? MAX) are reported.
