Information
Make sure that no mail items or anything similar is on the scales (zero setting of scales).
1.
Select the postal rate guide by pressing the postal rate
three times.
2.
Select the type of mailing. Press the arrow to show other
types of mailing.
3.
Select the destination.
4.
Select the format.
5.
If available for the product in question, select the addi-
tional services and confirm your selection by pressing
OK.
6.
Ascertain the weight of the mail item by either:
a)
Pressing the appropriate weight key (weight limit,
for example, 17 g).
b)
If scales are connected: putting the mail item onto
the scales (the weight appears next to the scales
symbol) and then pressing the scales symbol.
That’s all. The postal rate will appear and you can frank the mail item.
