Setting the letter transport run time

(centormail without feeder)

The letter transport run time is the time span that passes from ejecting the last letter
till the complete stop of the letter transport mechanics. The setting is only relevant
when manually feeding letters. When using the feeder, the time span cannot be
adjusted.
