By default, the device will be setup for mono speaker mode. As the X2S has a single speaker
setup, a stereo audio file will be split so that one channel will play through the main speaker,
and the second channel will play through the external speaker jack via an external speaker. If
you are operating with FOXFUSION with stereo sounds, the channel distribution will be the
same.

Mono mode results in both channels being condensed so that the same sounds play through all
speakers at the same time. If using FOXFUSION, both sounds will play through both speakers.

Along with changing the setting on the remote, you will also have to make the appropriate
change on the caller itself. Inside the battery compartment you will see a switch (see picture
below). If you flip the switch to the front (towards the speaker), the caller will be in Mono
speaker mode. If you flip it towards the rear of the speaker, it will now be in Stereo mode.
