4.2.8 干烧保护设置
设备启动时，干烧保护功能自动开启。当系统检测到内锅处于干烧状态
会停止加热并发出报警声。

4.3. 校准

4.3.1 校准条件
为保证精确的校准结果，需要良好的校准条件：

- 温度计精度为水浴器显示精度10倍以上；

- 在没有空气对流，稳定的环境温度（+/-1ºC）下进行校准；

- 待液体达到校准设定温度，并稳定30分钟以后再进行校准。

- 在水浴锅内加水至托盘50MM 以上，温度计置于水浴器中心，离托盘

40MM.

4.3.2 双点校准
水浴锅因受环境温度、湿度、锅体结构的影响，测温存在一定偏差，为

提高测量及控制精度，出厂前已进行温度校准。

校准点包含低温点和高温点。低温点LCP选择30 ~ 40℃，高温点HCP选

择55℃以上。

低温点校准步骤如下：
示例：校准前面板显示40.0℃，内锅液体实际温度度42.0℃；

校准后面板显示41.8℃，内锅液体实际温度42.0℃；

倒计时关闭；当倒计时非0 时，显示倒

前两位数字跳动，进入设置倒计时小时状态

设置倒计时时间

后两位数字跳动，进入设置倒计时分钟状态

按键保存设置，否设置无效，保存设置
后倒计时立即开始，无操作10S 后自动退出
