Creating an audio CD using the internal CD-R/RW drive
Using the internal CD-R/RW drive, you can burn a stereo WAV file in the "
2 MIX folder
" to a CD-
R/RW disc for creating an audio CD in the CD-DA format.
By finalizing a burned disc, you can play it back by a common CD player.

CD-R/RW disc
CD-DA:
It stands for "Compact Disc-Digital Audio" and is the formal name of audio CD. The
format is specified in the "Red Book". An audio signal is converted to PCM-coded stereo
digital data with 44.1kHz sampling frequency and 16-bit quantization.
<How to handle the internal CD-R/RW drive>
Handle the internal CD-R/RW drive correctly by following the description below.
Eject switch
(1) Opening the tray
When the MR16 is powered on, press the eject
switch on the front of the tray.
By pressing the eject switch, the tray comes
out a little. Then pull it out by hand (arrow
direction).
(2) Setting a disc and closing the tray
Set a disc while supporting the tray from the
bottom by hand.
After setting a disc, push the tray gently to
close it.
Do not touch the
pickup.
CD-R/RW disc
Push the tray gently until it clicks.
Do not operate the unit until the access
indicator turns off.
