the -BUS voltage with BUSN+xx, or decrease the -BUS voltage with NBUS-xx command
accordingly. 1 unit represents about 0.5V.
11. Measure the voltage between JP2 and I/P neutral; the voltage is the inverter output voltage.
12. if the output of inverter needs to be calibrated, reset the calibration by sending a V+0, and
then increase inverter output voltage with V+x command or decrease inverter output with V-x
command accordingly, 1 unit represents about 1voltage.
13. Turn off the UPS, switch off the mains I/P breaker on the rear panel of the UPS. Wait for the
UPS to shutdown automatically to let the calibration be saved into the memory of the UPS.
14. To make sure the calibration has been saved, you can turn on the UPS again and check the
+/-BUS voltage and Inverter output voltage once again.
15. Switch off the mains I/P breaker on the rear panel of the UPS, disconnect the batter I/P
16. Assemble the left side cover and topside cover back to place.
17. Connect battery input to the UPS, switch on mains input breaker on the rear panel of the UPS,
the UPS will transfer to bypass automatically.
18. Disassemble the cover of maintenance bypass switch, turn the maintenance bypass switch
back to “UPS” state.
19. Assemble the cover of the maintenance bypass switch back to place, The UPS is now in good
condition for normal operation.
If the UPS is not being used, operation of the maintenance bypass switch is not necessary, and
the rest of the procedures to calibrate the UPS are same.
