2 . Installation instructions regarding ADEZZ

®

built-in burners

The ADEZZ

®

built-in burner is supplied complete with pressure regulator (50 mbar) and gas hose. You only need to

purchase a propane gas bottle. These can be purchased at your local gas supplier.

1. Installing the ADEZZ

®

 built-in burner

Remove your ADEZZ

®

built-in burner carefully from its packaging. Select the location for the ADEZZ

®

 built-in burner.

The location must meet the following conditions:

-   Make sure that the built-in burner is placed on an unflammable surface. The surface should be completely

flat and clean. The built-in burner should not be installed in materials which conduct heat.

-   The ADEZZ

®

built-in burner should be placed at least two meters from flammable materials and liquids.

2. Placing the bottle

ADEZZ

®

built-in burners are only suitable for propane gas. Ensure yourself of purchasing the correct gas bottle. Make

sure the gas bottle is placed on a non flammable solid surface.

The supplied hose is one meter long. Place the gas bottle at a maximum distance of one meter from the built-in

burner. Position the gas hose carefully, people and pets can stumble over it. Therefore place the bottle always there

where acces is impossible and where children and pets cannot reach. Connect the gas bottle to the supplied

pressure regulator. When you are not using the built-in burner make sure the gas valve on the gas bottle is closed.

3. Replacing the cylinder

Is the gas bottle empty and in need of replacement? Make sure the gas valve is always in the closed position when

handeling the gas bottle. Only when all surfaces are cooled down and the gass bottle is closed, remove the pressure

regulator. After placing a new bottle always check for leaks (see 4.).

4. Replacing the hose and pressure regulator

We advise you to replace your propane gas hose every four years. Pressure regulators can last for five years. Always

check for leaks after replacing the pressure regulator and gas hose.

How to check your built-in burner for gas leaks:

-   Open the gas bottle but do not turn on the burner!

-   Mix half water and half detergent, spray this liquid on every connector and the hose.

If there is a gas leak in the connections or the hose, it will cause the liquid to bubble.

-   If bubbles are visible, immediately close the gas bottle and replace the leaking part(s).

-   If the problem persists, please contact a qualified gas professional.

When replacing the hose or pressure regulator, make sure they are installed in the correct way. The hose should not

be longer than 1.5 meters. When in doubt, always consult a qualified gas professional.
