5.0 COMPONENT CHECKLIST
Read
all
the instructions before continuing to unpack or install this appliance. Carefully lift the appliance from the carton. Check
that the contents correlate with the component checklist below. Please dispose of all packaging with care at your local recycling
centre.
4.0 UNPACKING THE APPLIANCE
Check that the fan outlet is not covered or obstructed in any way, and ensure the power to the fire is switched on.
The controls are located behind the front doors of the appliance.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
• Insert plug into mains socket.
• Open the front door of heater.
• Select the desired functions:
- Flame/fuel effect on/off (6)
- Fan function(3) (without heating)
- Low heat setting 925W (3 + 4)
- High heat setting 1850W (3 + 4+ 5)
- Heating and Flame effect ( 3 + 4 + 5 + 6)
• It is necessary to switch on Fan switch (3) to activate heating function.
• Increase or decrease flame brightness by clockwise or anti-clockwise rotates the flame dimmer knob (2).
• Rotate thermostat knob (1) clockwise or anti-clockwise to increase or decrease desired room temperature setting.
Notice: Heater will only work if fan switch is on and thermostat is set above current room temperature.
