the mixer is activated
Insufficient supply voltage
Check polarity and 24V on transformer.
Electronics disorder
Switch off power to transformer.
Wait 20 seconds.
Switch on the power.
Defective sensor
Make sure the sensor flashes yellow when power
is switched on. Replace sensor if it does not flash
yellow for 60 seconds or lights solid red.
Not connected or defective solenoid
valve
Check cables or replace the solenoid valve

Water flushes only for
1 second when sensor is
activated
Overheated UV-device
Allow the unit to rest for 5 minutes. Switch off the
power. Wait 20 seconds. Switch on the power.
Wait 1 minute.
Mixer does not turn off
Hygiene flush in progress.
The yellow LED is flashing
Wait up to 30 minutes or briefly disconnect the
power supply. (Yellow LED flashes during hygiene
flushing)
Defective solenoid valve
Replace the solenoid valve

Wait up to 5 minutes. Reconfigure the flush time to
the desired length
