On delivery, this oven system contains no materials that that necessitate classification as
hazardous. However, during operation residues of the processed materials may accumulate
in the oven insulation. These may be hazardous to health or environment.
•
Removal of the electronic components and disposal as electronic scrap.
• Removal of the insulation and disposal as hazardous waste/dangerous material (see
the Upkeep, Cleaning and Maintenance chapter – Dealing with ceramic fiber
material).
• Disposal of the housing as scrap metal.
• For disposal of the above listed materials, please contact the responsible waste
disposal company.
During service at the furnace isolation it is possible that you have a respirable dust
formation.
Rules for working at the furnace isolation:

Use your personal protective equipment.

Use disposable gloves

Use safety glasses with side protection

Use dust mask with classification FFP2 or FFP3

Keep the dust concentration as low as possible

Try to prevent resuspension e.g. by airflow

Don´t use pressed air or a brush for cleaning

Use a wet dust cluster

Reduce dust release at unpacking

Warning – General Danger!
This symbol indicates that danger may exist (danger to life, danger of injury).
Warning ‐ Danger from Electric Current!
Warning for dangerous electrical voltage in the working area (e.g., switch room, electrical
distributor).
Warning – Danger from Hot Surface and Burning
Hot surfaces, such as hot system components, oven walls, doors or materials, but also hot
liquids, are not always perceptible.
